Marilyn Monroe Original Art in broad brush strokes. I recall the say I began painting this canvas of Marilyn Monroe. It really was an enthusiastic attack on the canvas. This style of painting for me, takes some courage. The fear of it turning out an abstract mess is always there but I like the way that the paint swam around on the canvas and I think this is a fitting Marilyn Monroe Homage.
A painting all about colour. Every now and again when I am working on landscapes or a serious figurative piece, I like to treat myself and paint something which is perhaps completely different from other paintings in the studio at that time. This was such an artwork.
