The ART GALLERY is updated regularly with original art as I add new art to this part of the online art gallery when I complete them. You can see some of these pieces as works in progress in the BLOG section .
At the moment, I am still painting in various styles as my working practice changes and progresses. I love to paint this way as it allows me to create a variety of styles of art and also allows me to develop new ideas.
There is definately some cross-fertilisation in both style and technique when working on an oil painting and then changing to acrylic the next day. I have found that this has helped me to move forward and means that there is never any stagnant feeling when painting new art in the studio.
Last year was quite a dynamic year and saw changes in painting styles almost throughout. Whilst I have ideas in my head, I am happy to see where 2008 takes me art wise.
